Malaysia Company Registration Service Fee

Documents Required for Malaysia Company Formation

1. Company name: the English name (or other letter composition) of Malaysia company is proposed, which ends with SDN.BHD.

2. Registered address: Malaysian companies must provide a local registered address in Malaysia (We can provide);

3. Business scope: a Malaysia company can choose up to 3 business scopes;

4. Registered capital: the registered capital of Malaysian company is at least RM 100,000, and the maximum is not limited. The capital does not need to be in place at one time, but can be in place by stages according to the actual operation.

5. The list of shareholders, and the copies of the passports or ID cards of the shareholders. If the number of shareholders exceeds 1, the proportion of shares shall be provided;

6. The list of directors, and the copies of the directors' passports and ID cards.


Process of Registering a Company in Malaysia

1. Application for Registration

Fill in the relevant application form and submit the application to the Companies Committee of Malaysia.

2. Registration Review

The company registration officer shall review whether the proposed company name is used or not. If not, the name shall be reserved for the applicant for three months.

3. Document Submission

4. Application for Approval

The company registration officer reviews the submitted materials, approves the company registration, and issues the company registration consent document and company code (mainly for tax payment).

5. Opening a Bank Account
